Eligibility for registration to different degrees is governed by the regulations for the Libyan Universities.

An evaluation exam is required for admission to the different degrees.

Admission to the High National Diploma (HND): Applicants must hold a Higher Secondary school certificate or equivalent.

Admission to the Bachelor of Technology Degree (B. Tech.): Applicants must hold a High National Diploma from any technical departments.

Admission to the Master of Technology Degree (M. Tech.): Applicants must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
